Project Description
The client’s desire was to extend the house to use the new space as a den, retaining the existing rear extension, replacing the pitched roof with a flat roof with two skylights to bring natural light into the space. A renovation of the existing space to modernise the style was also implemented.

This is a two storey, detached house located in Castleknock, Dublin 15, Co Dublin, Ireland. It consists of an entrance hall, living room, dining room, kitchen and wc on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom, one ensuite and a family bathroom on the first floor.
